the vision
Design of a truly mobile camp that could move from one location to another leaving behind minimal infrastructure and ensuring that the guests enjoyed a sense of wholesome luxury in the stark and imposing landscape of Ladakh. The camp was to be built under the spiritual shadow of the Thiksey Monastery near Leh, which overlooks the entire camp, the site has two irrigation streams that run through it. These streams helped feed the three water bodies created at strategic locations in the camp that elevated the experience.
